The applied process used was the submerged arc welding (SAW) and tests were carried out for the tensile strength and Vickers hardness, in addition to observation of the microstructure by optical microscopy.Microstructural development on AISI 1060 steel by fabricated onto AISI 1060 steel by using tungsten inert gas (TIG) arc welding.
